Social Media Challenge Day 10

Let's Look at LinkedIn

Day 10 – Company LinkedIn Check

Most of us focus on our personal LinkedIn, but today’s task is to give your company LinkedIn page a little attention.

Take 30 minutes to check:

✔️ Is your profile on brand?

✔️ Does the bio clearly say what you do and who you help?

✔️ Have you added your location?

✔️ Are your featured posts up to date?

✔️ Is it obvious how people can contact or work with you?

✔️ Have you connected your personal profile by saying you work there?

I’m often asked about posting on personal vs company LinkedIn. In an ideal world, aim for 2–3 posts per week on your personal profile, and at least one post per week on your company page.

Yes, LinkedIn officially recommends posting once or twice per day, but let’s be realistic. I’d always rather see fewer posts with real value than lots of rushed ones.

Your company page might not get the same reach as your personal one, but it adds credibility and gives people a place to find out more about your business.

Give it a refresh and let me know when you’re done.

Hi, Let me tell you a quick story. A few months ago we had a flyer through the door for rubbish collection, nothing fancy, just a simple printout. But, as it happened, we were about to get a new sofa and needed the old one gone. My husband sent them an email. But the follow-up (or complete lack of one) meant...
