Day 6 – Pinned Posts

Today’s challenge: check your pinned posts.

Whether someone finds you on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, your pinned post is your chance to say:

👋 “Hi, this is who I am, this is what I do, and here’s how you can work with me.”

Your pinned post should:

  • Introduce you / your brand
  • Explain what you offer
  • Share how people can get in touch
  • Show a bit of your / your brand's personality

If you’ve got more than one side to your business (or an important event or offer), you can pin two posts.

💡 Need an example? Check out my pinned post here.

If you don’t already have one, write a quick intro post and get it pinned today.

Let me know when it’s live, I’d love to see it!

See you tomorrow!

Hi, Let me tell you a quick story. A few months ago we had a flyer through the door for rubbish collection, nothing fancy, just a simple printout. But, as it happened, we were about to get a new sofa and needed the old one gone. My husband sent them an email. But the follow-up (or complete lack of one) meant...
